The Center House Living meetings
are held every Tuesday at
Managers set time and is
MANDATORY.

Dues for Center House Living are
$125 per week and will be
collected every Tuesday at the
Center House Living meeting.
Prepaid dues are non-refundable
no prorated. There is a
non-refundable one-time
admission fee of $200 to cover
supplies,
application fee, initial
screening, and first week
program dues (make checks payable
to Center House Living).

Resident agrees to stay a
minimum of 90 days. Upon
successful completion of the
Center House Living Next Step
program, resident will receive
a financial support gift and letter
of recommendation from Center
House Living.

Residents must be willing to
submit to random drug testing.
If failure to pass, immediate
dismissal is enforced.

Resident is responsible for
keeping up with house key. A $10
replacement fee will be charged
for any lost keys.

First 14 days is a Center House
Living "Support Start Period" (SSP).
The curfew will be 10pm (11pm on
weekends) and mandatory daily
12-Step meeting attendance.

After the "SSP" period, the
curfew is 11:00pm Sunday thru
Thursday, 12pm Friday and
Saturday and 5 mandatory 12-Step
meetings per week.

At the end of "SSP" residents
are expected to have and be
active in a home group.

All residents of Center House
Living must be employed within
the first 2 weeks. (no 3rd shift
employment).

Center House Living residents
must have obtained a sponsor
within 7 days.

Residents must provide their own
food and toiletries.

Residents of Center House Living
must keep the house neat and
clean at all times: beds made,
floor cleaned, and laundry in
baskets and out of sight.
Absolutely no smoking inside
Center House Living homes.
Smoking is allowed outdoors
unless otherwise specified.

Residents of Center House Living
are assigned house jobs which
must be completed on a daily
basis and approved by manager or
senior peer.

The kitchens of Center House
Living must be kept clean at all
times. No dishes left in sink at
anytime. Any cooking done by a
resident requires immediate
clean-up. Eating is only allowed
in dining area.

Absolutely no cooking after
11pm. Absolutely no dishes left
in the sink.

No TV Monday - Friday before 4
pm unless it is a day off work.

NO VISITORS unless approved by
house manager.

Residents involved in any heated
arguments or altercations are
subject to immediate dismissal.

After 30 days, overnight passes
will be considered and a charge
of $10 for drug testing upon
return.

Upon moving out, any items
issued by Center House Living
are to be left in the room.
Resident is responsible for any
damage done to Center House
Living property.

Any items left behind due to
abandonment, whether by arrest,
parole violation, or voluntary,
will be donated, sold, or
otherwise disposed of by Center
House Living.

Center House Living is not
responsible for any resident's
personal property. You agree not
to hold Center House Living
responsible for any damage of
such personal property.

Residents must abide by all
rules. All rules and
requirements are subject to
change at any time and without
notice.
